Source. Every desert tour listed on Travilto — tours whose category is desert or whose route includes Merzouga, Zagora, Erg Chigaga, or the Agafay Desert — at the price published by the operator, in euros per person.
Cleaning. When an operator lists the identical price on tours of three or more different lengths, we treat it as a placeholder rather than a real price and exclude it. Cells with fewer than 3 tours are not published.
Why medians. A handful of luxury itineraries would pull an average far above what most travellers pay. The median is the price of the tour in the middle.
Freshness and reuse. The index recalculates automatically from live listings (last update: 18 October 2026). The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with a link to this page; download the CSV.
